Qualified candidate will possess a BS in Business, Human Resources or related field. Have 2-3 years HR experience (compensation preferred) and a solid working knowledge of Federal, State Wage and Hour Laws and HR PC software experience(including word processing and spreadsheet applications, also necessary. The proven ability to communicate effectively with management and employees is essential.
