RESPONSIBILITIES: Will support HR Operations, HR Services, Printing and Distribution, Strategic Sourcing, Systems, E-Commerce, Travel, Aviation, Conference Management, Compensation, Training, Leadership Development, Real Estate and Security. Partner with the business to identify and define key business priorities. Participate in operational planning ensuring HR issues are fully identified and plans agreed. Act as advisor on key business decisions. Maintain a ?pulse? of the organization. Identify and assess critical business and people related issues to ensure a high performing organization. Assess and recommend options to help the business improve effectiveness in areas such as structure, work processes, tools and training and alignment of culture to objectives and goals. Identify talent and work with managers, the staffing function, and the leadership development function to ensure we have top talent and diversity in every position. Work with managers and the leadership development function to identify, assess, and validate high potential employees, ensure aggressive development occurs for all high potential employees, and encourage use of mentors and coaches.

QUALIFICATIONS: 5 years plus experience in a leadership HR role. Sound business knowledge. Understanding of technical components of HR (ER, Legal framework, benefits and comp policies). Extensive work experience on talent identification and succession management. Personal Competencies Required: High energy level, strategic business outlook. Assumes accountability for plans and results against plan. Ability to influence at senior levels Adaptability, flexibility and multi tasking capabilitie. Results oriented. Education and Other Requirements: Relevant business degree (MBA preferred) Member of SHRM or equivalent ER /Legal framework savvy.
