As Director Human Resources, North America, you will provide Human Resources consulting services to North American Marketing and Sales Management. You will participate in the development of HR strategies for the North America Business unit, and serve as a key link between the business unit and Central Human Resources support organizations ? ensuring optimum delivery of desired HR service in support of the Client?s objectives. You will assist North America Business Unit leaders and the VP of Human Resources in activities for the development of the management team through integration of HR/NA Management Development initiatives, coaching, and integration of Succession Planning and Leadership Competencies effort in the North America Promotables process. You will work with the VP HR, Director of Strategic Staffing ? North America, Director of Field Sales Staffing, T & OD, and HR Zone Managers on project teams related to Job Posting Systems and initiatives, such as career development and promotables process. You will design, implement, and oversee processes (in liaison with HR Zone Managers) to track high potentials, developmental assignments, and progress, which include reporting results at Annual Meetings. You will identify and develop HR Best Practices, facilitate organizational/cultural change processes, and identify appropriate HR measures, analyses, and report on trends. You will act as liaison to VP HR-Canada, HR Zone Managers, HR Head-Puerto Rico Sales and Marketing to deliver high quality HR programs, consulting, and support to North American Sales & Marketing Management. You will function as backup to the Vice President, HR-North America in her absence.

This position requires a BS degree in HR or Business, MBA or Masters in HR or Organizational Development desired with at least 8+ years of high level HR Generalist/Consulting/Organizational Development and Management experience.
