I haven't been able to get to emails from home lately, and so I apologize for delayed responses.
Thaylias sent some infor about New Tindale and cohort leaders that I thought might be more appropriate to go here...to get everyone's input rather than mine, since it is your town, and I am merely the gods that look over it.
On a related note...Barbosians have been stopping through New Tindale in search of Kel on their way to his village. They bring candidates for marriage, since word went out that there is a new Chieftain on the lookout for wives (another email that I am long overdue in responding to).
If you want, once the tower battle is complete, perhaps you can spend play time doing role play situations and take a break from life or death threats.
Talk it all up...seeya soon.

The idea of roleplaying in the town sounds good to me. New Tindale is the group's stronghold after all. Several of the characters have a life, or is in process of starting one, there: Thaylias has his official government to get started, Thurvold has his wizardry school to take care of, temples are in various states of preparedness, etc. plus Kel's got his wedding(s) to attend, hippogriff to train, and the other challenges that he's no doubt got to face.
On a side note, my work schedule's changed again. I'm no longer forced to leave so early since I've a later starting time and off on Saturdays again.

Well, you know me, I'll happily yak for hours IC somedays if you give me a chance so once the vampires are down (*knock on wood*) that sounds great to me.
Afraid I'm not sure where I stand with Thurvold's cohorts or Kel's in great deal, it's been awhile. But I'll be happy to kick some ideas around whenever.

After attiring a fresh set of casual clothes Thaylias set out to inspect how the growth of New Tindale was progressing. His natural thought was to inquire with Chisholm but he quickly realized that the commander was leagues away with his own pressing matters. His thoughts turning back to the present, he admires the new construction of various structures and rebuilding of others. A booming voice startles him from behind. "Greetings Baron! We are pleased to see the return of the heroes of New Tindale." Thay turns to see Sir Frederick, a knight he had the honor to meet in Talagon some weeks back who elected to come to the call of New Tindale.
OOC: I had emailed Christopher with the concern that Thaylias' cohort may not be the answer to replacing Chisholm as the person who takes the reins so to speak when we are away from New Tindale. He has leadership qualities of course from many years of disciplined and loyal military service in Talagon. That is Thay's concern. He feels that New Tindale might be better served with someone who has a more holistic approach to governing. And this is something he wants to talk to his friends about. Perhaps one of you has a cohort that would be better suited? Perhaps this is something we can discuss durning that evening of rp etc or continue on the boards. See you all tonight.
