The Tindale Saga continued with Caela, Marren, Neanthyl, Ogdell and Ravensong, as they ventured into the goblin warrens.
Here they faced and defeated three thoqqua, wuth the Paladin Divine Mighting them all to death with a little help from the barbarian. Both were severely burnt, but aided by healing spells from the Dranger and paladin.
A sign that only Marren could read taunted and warned them to stay away, and the dead orc and kobold propped against the wall (at least until Ravensong chopped the orc down) did not deter them.
They faced and fought 6 goblins and then Neanthyl was kind enough to deliver to them another six, through use of his stealth.
Ravensong scouted next, finding a nice door flanked by torches. She too bright back a critter, a large jelly-like amoeba thingie.
Ravensong was the first to shoot it, splitting it in half. Neanthyl then sliced another in half. So there were then three..one half the size of the original, and the other two each one quarter the size of the original.
Ogdell began hitting it with his few weak frost spells, but they seemed to at least work. After that, the party tried fire, which also had limited effect. Several times the group was hit, acid burning them. Ravensong was even caught by it once, but wriggled free.
The Experinec point gain for the night was 720 each (not 360 as originally reported). Ogdell and Neanthyl broke levels!
