    I am queries: what the max practical sensitively is possible to get out 10/40, 151 in 6dB horn with a back chamber? What the sensitivity of the drivers themselves, Did anyone ran the raw driver test?

    There is a way to get within 2 3db of the response is by using a know driver like JBL 2220 or E130 or if you have ALTEC515 run them with the same music mono you should hear a difference a level if not they should be within 2-3db efficienxcy of each other. that is a rough guide for ear sensitivity.

    Hi Romy,

    The Vitavox Oracle speakers I just acquired have an AK157 in one cabinet and the Alnico 15" driver in the other. Fortunately, in this particular application they don't sound too different from each other. I haven't taken them out to look at yet but some time over the next couple of weeks I shall and will get the TS parameters for both when I do. I'll post the results here.
