Hotboard core and HBCP updates

Hostboard has recently updated the sites core system to the latest release, fixing 143 known bugs/issues. At the same time we are happy to note the release of version 4 of the Hostboard Control Panel. With this release comes a huge re-write fixing all known bugs, the inclusion of pop-up tool tips over each section as well as a NEW option allowing you the ability to move your community under any Hostboard category that you wish.
