<font color="blue">34:</font> O! You mean the magic river of the elves that has a name that I convieniently forget? ^_^" Well... ah. If you fall into the water you fall asleep? Err... meybe?
Or do you mean about it's origin or something? (probably befouled by Sauron somehow... or else magicked by Thranduil... no idea lol)

Dunno if that's what you're looking for.

<font color="blue">Question 35:</font> Inspired by what I learned today (by finding "Middle Earth for Dummies" LOL), I had to include this: The name "Gandalf" (and several other Tolkien names) are derived from an Old Norse poem. Who was Gandalf (the name) originally intended to be?

And I'll leave an easy question to be provided by SilverRose82...

35: Ok, ok, I'll give it to you. Cause it's funny and impossible.

Anyways, Tolkien got the name 'Gandalf' from the same old Norse poem where he found Thorin, Gloin... and a bunch of others.

Gandalf was originally intended to be the Chief Dwarf that came to visit Bilbo.

ROFL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!

And yah, im gonna have to look up my Hobbit stuff to find out more bout the river.

38: Can guess, but have no idea. 100? 50? Will v much like to know the real answer...

Answer #38 : It's 50.

I have more, but then again they probably won't be known unless you own or have read <u>Morgoth's Ring</u>. So would it be better if I made a section about it? So if any make an elf fall in love you know the basics of elven life and courtship, or no.

That one about Gandalf..... A DWARF!! Heheh, funny. I don't think I could picture that.

Question # 39 : How many times was Sam Mayor and what age was Sam when he left for the Grey Havens?

Answer #37 : Nine all together.

Question #38 : How many years did it take before an elf reached their adult height that they would be for the rest of their life?

Well, it looks like we need to revive this, so I'll give it a shot.

40: Hey, ho to the bottle I go
To heal my heart and drown my woe
Rain may fall and wind may blow
But there still be many miles to go
Sweet is the sound of the pouring rain
And the stream that falls from hill to plain
But better than rain or rippling brook

Ha! And that couldn't be found at StupidRing Got it from J.W.'s LOTR fansite with the awesome scripts.

Also looked at the StupidRing Rotk script while there, to see the Merry and Pip "Green Dragon" song:
You can search far and wide
You can drink the whole world dry
But you'll never find a beer so brown*
As the one they drink in my hometown*
You can keep your fancy ales
You can drink them by the flagon
But the only brew for the brave and true
Comes from the green dragon!

And of course, I looked to the homeward bound part, and onto the Grey Havens, and even as I type this my eyes are watering. That part with Frodo V.O. and the map always gets me.... not to mention Grey Havens and Sam's "I will carry you". *SOB!!!!!*

H'okay, so Question 41: To go along with my post in "Theories", who can give a nice little post bout Glorfindel and his (possible) past? (I want to make sure you all get a good edjamication ). For help, check out Encyclopedia of Arda.
