Part II has overrun the 100 postings, so time we started part III.
Discussion about the Babylon 5 series. Keep in mind that all episodes have been aired, and there may be spoilers with this topic. There are other topics in the Zocolo[sic] forum where spoilers aren't allowed, so you might check them out first. However, here anything Babylon 5-releated is open for discussion.

It doesn't help that his ex-coworkers introduce him as Congressman Doyle at conventions!

Random thought: Wouldn't it be kinda funny if the next time they show "The Gathering" someone dubs over the Minbari so that he says, "You have a hole in your socks."?

Is it me, or what? I tried earlier to order the calendar, and kept getting "redirected," and it would open yet another window. And another and another. I had to keep authorizing it to bypass ZoneAlarm to download, but it never worked. I tried again just now and got the same result. Sheez.
Why is this stuff always happening to me? *sniff* Woe is me, woe is me.
Drat.

Gee, fan, I don't know. I didn't try to order the calendar so I don't know if it's you or them.
As to why it's all happening to you, I'll tell you the same thing I told my classmate. "Maybe the computer gods just don't like you!"

The computer gods don't like me? Hmmm. I wouldn't be a bit surprised.

<font face="georgia">Ok, anyone know what happened to the "Lurkers Guide"? Seems that www.midwinter.com isn't resolving anymore. Did the guy that created the site finally get tired and move on?
I suppose I could peruse the newsgroup and look for clues, but was curious if anyone had a clue before I go filtering through the rastb5.mod postings.</font>

I heard he was having trouble with the people hosting the site; he hasn't lost interest, just trying to get things sorted out. There are also mirror sites, apparently several, but I didn't make a note of where they are located. It was very active topic of discussion on the SciFi Channel BB not too long ago, maybe you could find the mirror sites listed there somewhere. Sorry I can't be much more help.

Okay, having said that.... I went to the SciFi BB and looked. There are three mirror sites listed that I checked:
http://www.dscga.com/lurk/lurker/html
http://babylon5.cybersite.com.au/lurk/lurker.html
http://www.ntua.gr/lurk/lurker/html
They all have different "News Update" dates at the top, so I'm not sure which is the most current, and I didn't click on all the links so I don't know which one works the best. Each one has a listing of mirror sites on the page, so you can scout around.
Cheers.
