We got about a half inch of snow, but some freezing rain. Where I work follows the public schools as far as snow closings, but the schools have off for meetings today. As it turns out, my supervisor agreed that the participants at the senior centers didn't need to be out on the roads in tricky conditions.

More lovely weather over there so I hear.

A bad storm in Florida, and snow storms moving south.

Beautiful sunny day here in London.

Dang but it is cold here! I can kinda handle the cold, but the biting wind is very nasty.

On a nicer note: Came home the other day to find a box in the garage doorway that had Stacy's plastered all over it. Didn't remember ordering anything, so I was sort of puzzled. Take a closer look and it says To: Stacy From: Stacy!

A snack food company named Stacy's is doing a promotion and sending samples to everyone in the US named Stacy! LOL

Always sort of wanted to try pita chips, not I get to sample several flavors.

Lovely garden there, Ian. You must post some pictures when it is in bloom.

I am with AsIs. I can't stand the cold! It's been below 20F here for more than a week. A few mornings have been below zero. Tuesday evening we got 4.75 inches of snow, which is enough to make everything really sloppy. The good news is it would be even messier if it were warmer, and this stuff started melting.

Hey all. The family and I just got back from a couple days on Cape Cod and we went back to the Zooquarium. Still very cool although sadly the sea lions there recently died and they're not sure why.

I did get to touch a huge 50+ year old tortoise and a bearded dragon though. Meaghan wouldn't touch either one of them, but Erin touched the dragon.
