Good. Now get it made! Some of us are having breathing problems waiting to see this! If will be interesting to see how close they actually look like who they're supposed to portray once in costume. Hope it's good and they rake in trillions.

Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning, hanging out together, a couple days ago!

Apparently Kristen already has her hair cut, in preparation for her role as Joan.
I can't wait to see Dakota as Cherie!
I'm glad to see Stella Maeve confirmed as Sandy West!
According to the actress cast as Lita (Alessandra Torresani), they start filming next week.
Everything's just coming together right now,
for sure!

How exciting is this getting! When I first heard about this movie I reckoned it would be a fairly small, art-house movie (not a bad thing - I work for an art-house cinema chain) but now it's looking as though it's going to be massive. I thought Dakota Fanning might be a bit young looking to play Cherie, but now that I see recent photos of her I think she's a good choice.

I can't help wondering - in 'Neon Angel' Cherie writes about the Glasgow Apollo show that I was at. Unfortunately she doesn't have the same happy memories of it that I do, but imagine how amazing it would be for me if it was recreated in the movie. Probably won't be, but I can hope. And anyway, who would they get to play me? Hee! hee! hee!

You're too kind, Gus. Although you're forgetting the gig was back in 1976 when I was just sweet 16, so Brad Pitt - talented actor though he is - would be just a tad too old. Although I chuckle to think what he would look like in the sort of clothes I wore back then. Punk rock was still to arrive round my parts, so I was probably still kitted out in my flared trousers. Do you know, the first time I turned out in straight leg jeans people stared at me like I was a freak. But I digress. the concert recreations in the movie should be really interesting.
