Um...lemme see if I can 'splain it to ya Sporty!
Roger was born on January 4th but his birth certificate says January 6th, so even though we are celebrating his birthday today, his new trip around the sun is already two days in!
Not just a little message board folk-lore, it's the truth.

Be that as it may, I always kinda related to the 2 B-Day 'sperience because, after celebrating my birthday on August 30th, based on my "hospital" birth certificate, for most of my life, I got to looking at my "real" birth certificate one day, and was as stunned as stunned can be to see it said I was born on August 31st.

It's the ultimate A.M./P.M. deal. My guess is that I was born a few minutes after midnight and the duty-nurse wrote P.M. instead of A.M. but when I asked my parents to verify my time of birth, they could not agree. One said around midnight and the other said around noon!
Go figger, eh?!?! You'd think parents would remember something like that, wouldn't you?

I still get birthday greetings from my family on the 30th, every year, but my "official" birthday is the 31st! That's the way iI like it too, 'cause I stay younger a little longer!

Makes getting my astrological charts read, all but impossible,
for sure!
