But really you guys. Will tere ever be a good quality dvd of The Runaways EVER????
God it seams pritty strange that a band such as The Runaways don't have a video or a dvd don't ya think????
Bye the way there is one on ebay now. Called Live in Japan that im bidding on. But im afraid to get ripped off bye bad quality or something like that. Take a look and tell me what you think....
And Cherie if you read this, would you please tell me why in God's name you havent made a dvd or video?????

I'm gonna guess its the same bootleg everyone has a copy of. I don't see a company name or any copyright info on the package like a legit copy (if there ever is one released)

personaly, if the DVD was a copy of that bootleg VHS tape, and i worked for rocket city, i would get high bid, then his name and address, etc..., and then i would release a NEW Cherie Currie DVD chainsawing his a#@...

When I looked it was more than $60.00! 2 much 2 pay!!!
Probably a DVD copy of that bootleg VHS tape. The guy apparently plans to get rich off The Runaways. As soon as he sells one he'll "copy" another one and another and another. Don't be surprised if he gets shut down!

Since this concert was filmed it would be great to see it released officially and it would obviously be a big money maker!
I'm ready to pre-order just at the thought of it! [img]biggrin.gif[/img]

BTW, Cherie HAS had two official video releases!
Live At The Golden Apple & The Viper Room w/The Mix! Both are out of print now but a while back some of us staged an email campaign to get them reissued! You just don't never know.
Did you see Joan's Real Wild Child DVD? It includes Joan's on stage reunion with Cherie doing Cherry Bomb and it goes without saying that it's absolutely, positively FANtastic!
