Anyone catch this FX channel original movie when it played early last Spring?

In a nutshell, it's about a fictitious 'near-future' oil shortage and chaos that ensues. Rather than a clear chronological 'storyline', it uses scripted interviews, faux news broadcasts, minimal SFX, and is narrated as if it were a 60 Minutes investigative report.

When originally recording it to DVD, found it very tedious. Sleep-inducing boring. BUT, with recent events due to Katrina, now find it rather damn creepy in how accurate it was/is! (the first 20-minutes anyways, I still find the rest very slow-paced)

Opening the 'movie', Hurricane Julia slams into New Orleans on Labor Day weekend; 9/3/05. Couple days off, but close enough. Refineries & ports for oil imports are severely crippled. 1400+ casualties in Louisiana alone. By the end of business 'today', 9/6/05, the stock exchange closes with crude going for $77/barrel.

Though, in the movie, 'this afternoon' unleaded goes for $4.20/gallon.

Curious how far that silly pseudo-documentary will (or won't) mimic current events in the US, petroleum-wise.
