Name all those loser teams that USC plays? That weak schedule they play? Come on, you need to quit riding the band wagon.

Which was tougher Hawaii or Arkansas. Those were some nail biters there. The ranked teams that USC played, were are they ranked now? Other than Notre Dame.(That No. 10 ranking is a joke).

Re: Texas jumps USC. #1 in new BCS poll

I said it in a previous post, who has Texas played other than Ohio St? Absolutely nobody to speak of, if anybody is overated its Texas. USC has played Notre Dame who has hell of football team this year. They also played ASU whom was ranked in the top 15 at the time. They will play UCLA whom is in the top 10 and Cal who is in the top 15. They also play Oregon who is not a bad team either. I am by no means a USC fan but facts are they are the #1 team in the nation and until somebody knocks them off, thats how it should stay. I think Bama is by far better than the top 3 teams and Im a VT fan.

I would expect that if the standings stay as they are that VT would be matched with the SEC champ again this season in a bowl game. Looks like UGA and Bama are on a collision course in Atlanta.

I believe georgia will get beat this sat. and bama will get beat by LSU or Auburn, but if either one goes undefeated the entire season includin sec champ, then i'm afraid they're gonna be last years auburn caz for some reason the sec gets robbed of any chance of being national title contenders unless one of the west coast teams gets beat

Re: Texas jumps USC. #1 in new BCS poll

If Bama goes undefeated and VT goes undefeated they should play in the National Championship game. They play in the 2 toughest conferences. I don't think USC is overrated but I think Bama and VT going undefeated would be much more impressive than if USC or Texas does. This is the reason they should have a playoff.

    Colorado
    Ohio State
    Oklahoma
    Texas Tech

all have been ranked when they played Texas, you gotta realize after they get shelled they drop in rankings.

Re: Texas jumps USC. #1 in new BCS poll

I dont really remember Colorado being ranked and the Oklahoma ship had sank well before them and Texas met and I think we all know how overated Texas Tech was. Texas has by far the weakest schedule of the top 3 teams IMO.
