Lets realize that both institutions are very good at what they do. Virginia produces quality employees from good academic programs. Our primary emphasis is on developing the intellectual capacity of our student body. VPISU is equally talented in producing passionate football fans and football players. And even though the football program has recently fallen under fire for its questionable moral and legal practices, the administration has enacted a new policy called the "Thirty Strike Rule" to govern the conduct of its "student"-athletes. Pundits expect that these stringent policies will restore pride in tech's athletic programs and the university. Marcus vick, a "fine young man" and former criminal justice major commented about the new policy, "It's not a big deal. I'll just move on to the next level, baby." It's no wonder that VPISU is the envy of the entire nation.
