EastStone & Hale's Gap have tough teams no doubt, but with all-district selection Pez23 (just ask him, he'll be all district for sure!), Powell Valley might make a run! Also be on the lookout for the Burrhead-coached Greenwave! Nobody knows tiddlywinks like The Legend of Dickenson County!
The one dark horse in the tiddlywinks arena happens to be Twin Springs...yes...I didn't stutter, Twin Springs. I've heard they have a couple of foreign exchange students waiting at the airport in Macedonia with their visas in hand in case the Titans falter in the early season. If this does happen, look for them to fly across the Big Pond and arrive mid-season, sending two of the Titan's weakest links to ride the pine while the Dynamic Duo from eastern Europe push the "Red on the Head" on to the Virginia Single A Tiddlywinks State Championship!

Sorry man, I know you're the EastStone captain this year. I seen you at Super Wal-Mart over the weekend with your jersey and the "C" on the left shoulder designating you as such. I wanted to come ask for your autograph but I was so in awe that I was in your presence that I couldn't talk. I dropped my six-pack of Double Chocolate Yoo-Hoo on my left big toe & had to have the toe nail removed by a voodoo doctor in Hurricane this morning. I guess that's the price you pay for not being able to hold it together when you come face-to-face with greatness!
Thanks for the compliments man, but i'm not like those big name athletes these days, just come up to me next time you see me and i'll sign your forehead for ya!
I hope to get all state team this year i've put in enough work this year, my hand eye coordination has gotten so much better.
If I don't make varsity this year, I am going to be really TO'd!

Dude, that's what I like about you...so down to earth even though you are one if not the best 'Winkers in Wise County. You're an asset to all 'Winkers throughout the commonwealth, man.
I've heard you've been working hard towards all-state and I believe you have what it takes to get there. Your showdown with Hale's Gap captain Richard Head at table 10 during Sunday brunch at Reno's a month ago just goes to show who the Top Dog happens to be on the EastStone team. God Speed, young man. You are at the threshold of greatness in this renowned sport across Southwest Virginia!

I tried molding my style from the greatness. Stan the man has mentored me throughout this whole thing and continues to work with me to this day.
I know my match-up with Richard was the turning point in my career.
I've already got offers from HIlls academy in new york for a scholarship. If I get all state I think the powerhouse of college 'winks, Freidmont Ridge, will give me a full ride. I can only get better at this point.
