    Where was it played at? If it was at Kelly then it is official. If it was at Clintwood then no it isn't (if they only played 4 1/2).

    The score. If it was played at Clintwood and they called it after 4 1/2 with Kelly leading then it would not be official because Clintwood would have the right to their last at bat in the 5th with them behind. No game is official until after 5 innings unless the home team is ahead then it is official after 4 1/2.

    For a game to be official, it has to go 5 innings,, as the game was played at wise, they were ahead and didn't have to bat,, thus official game. If the game had been played in clintwood, they would have had to bat in the bottom of the 5th to make it official since they were trailing.
