Bonds case to Grand Jury?

it's just a matter of time until bonds, mcgwire, sosa, sheffield, and all the rest are busted. 30 years from now, none of these records we've seen since the mid-90s are going to be taken seriously because of steroids. it's very similar to they way people perceive hank aaron's record for homeruns. he played in a great number of more games than did the babe. more at bats = more homeruns.

you're hilarious...in 30 years people will look back and see bonds as the all-time homeruns leader and that is it.....you dont see people on here saying ruth and the others hit there homeruns because of the amphetimines they were taking do you?

Who cares, Josh Gibson hit 800+ home runs and they wouldnt even let him play, big [censored] deal. Hank had over 4000 more at bats than Ruth too, #s are purely quantative. Hank Aaron doesnt impress me. Bonds breaking the homerun record doesnt mean anything more or less, it doesnt mean he is better or worse than Aaron, it doesnt mean that Aaron was a better player than Willie Mays. Its absurd how far america will go to make sure Bonds doesnt break this record. As a tax payer we should be angered that the federal government is using our tax money to launch an investigation into something so stupid. I think we already knew the american government was a joke though, this just further proves it.

On another note, most of the experts are saying that its very hard to prove perjury and it will be even harder without Greg Anderson's testimony. Most likely, nothing will happen to Bonds. Selig has a better chance to ban the dude.
