Im hearing that he is still at milford. Who knows, thats why Allen, Easterling, and Creer are being recruiting. Creer is a hoss, Texas missed the boat big time on that one.

I could see that. I really didnt like the idea of Miami giving him more attention than Allen or Easterling, but I guess they want a feature back, a guy they could use every down. Thats another thing about Devine even, its hard to say if he is even an every down running back in college ala Reggie Bush. Creer is a guy that could be used 30 times a game without a doubt.
Yep. UT is in with UM, UF, OSU, and OU for him. I'd say it's UM, UT, and OU as the real competition, with the first two being the biggest players. An article that was put on Rivals today actually seems to put UT in the Allen race. Says he knows Morley.

Allen is a special guy, hes probably the fastest running back in high school, but he has some good moves too, plays 6A ball so you know he can cut it against the best. With the logjam we have at running back(Charlie Jones, Ty Moss, Derron Thomas, Javarris James, Kylan Robinson, Graig Cooper, juco and LeSean McCoy, juco) it wouldnt surprise me the least to lose some of those guys. He would be a good one for UT to get, no doubt about it.
Running back LeSean McCoy, a Cane commitment, is trying to avoid the media and the kind of hype that surrounded him as one of the nation's top-rated running backs coming out of high school last year.
He wants to stay focused.
But there was one thing that made him pick up the phone and call a reporter today.
He heard that Cane fans were worried he would no longer be heading to Coral Gables after a report surfaced that he was no longer attending the Milford Academy, a school Cane coaches had originally recommended to him after he didn't qualify last year.
"I'm not going to Milford anymore -- I'm going to Hargrave (Military in Virginia)," McCoy said. "And yes, I will be at Miami in December."
There is some mystery around why McCoy switched schools. He says his mother and father "didn't want me going to Milford anymore." At the same time, he says, "I love Milford."
Asked why his parents didn't want him going to Milford, McCoy offered no explanation.
"I don't want to say why," he said.
As of a few weeks ago, Milford coach Bill Chaplick said he expected McCoy to be back, and Hargrave coach Robert Prunty told CaneSport he had no indication that McCoy would be transferring there.
Apparently, the switch is also news to UM coaches.
"I didn't talk to Miami coaches about the switch yet," McCoy said. "I'll talk to them. Hargrave is a good spot for me. I report in August."
Assuming McCoy sticks with Miami, which he says he will -- "It's still solid, still definite, still the same," he says -- McCoy expects to be a qualifier in the near future.
He says he's already raised his SAT score 100 points and that he's "very close" to making a qualifying score. He says he has only one more class to take in order to have his core courses in order.
"I liked Milford, but I'm happy," McCoy said. "There are some other good running backs at Hargrave, but there's competition anywhere."
