Scrimmages / Jamborees

I am surprised no one scheduled Shelby Valley over in KY personally. I think if Tom was still around he would have.

Does anyone know who else the tribe scrimmages this year besides T.S? Best of luck to them and the coaching staff this year from a former indian.

Anyone know of any jamborees happening locally in (or near) Wise County?

Any coming up at Burton/Bullit Park/etc. ??

Are you referring to a scrimmage or for regular season? I wouldn't be surprised if SV was added to a few schedules if it wasn't for a new KY rule about scheduling out of state opponents. Apparently if they do, they must only do away games. That is why Betsy Lane is going back to Haysi this year. [img]/LDPforum/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif[/img]

Strange rule indeed. Thats going to cut down on teams scheduling games with Ky schools I'm sure.

The Coeburn,Castlewood, and Lee High scrimmage is Friday @ 6:00 at Lee High

There aren't any scrimmages this Friday that are in or very close to Wise County? Uh, Wise plays at home. Clintwood plays at home. I think Pound plays St. Paul at home. JIB plays at home. 3 of those are pretty much inside Wise county, and the other is pretty close since your from Coeburn. But no noone is scrimmaging very close to Wise.
