I can read exactly what was said. It said state line. Tennesse and Virginia. Ewing is in VA, and Jefferson City is in Tennessee. It appears as though that does qualify.

there are about 40 posts about gate city having students from tennessee and about the ppl at carson newman getting in state when if they are from GATE CITY they shouldnt.....then someone said ETSU gives in state and said CN might do the same.....the whole time the discussion has been about GATE CITY bein cheatin cheat holes........not about whether or not you are a worthless homosexual ref which you have already proven
