Apparently it does...the Bears cut him. If you have been suspended by the NFL, the last thing you should be doing is out drinking until the wee hours of the morning. I was simply saying that a man of that size was doing some pretty heavy drinking to blow a .072%. Just because he wasn't legally drunk doesn't mean he had a beer or two for dinner. You do know that BAC is calculated by drinks per hour and body weight, right?
I know what BlueWahooChamber is sayin though. He was simply statin that if I were to drink 2 beers to get to a .072 and yolu drank 8 to get to .072. Nuttin matters about how many he drank b/c a .072 is a .072 no matter how many beers it took to get there. Just because you had more beers than I would have had does not mean you are any more drunk than me if we blew the same thing.
He should have not chanced it being under the microscope by the league or by the Bears, but he chanced it and he got caught. Now he is payin for it.

And what you just said was my point, also. He was out doing some heavy-duty partying and that does not look good to the bosses when you just got suspended. The point I was making was that even though he was not legally drunk, he was still pounding pretty good for a man his size to blow a .072%. He wasn't guilty of being drunk. He was guilty of having sh** for brains.
He was given a chance to right his wrongs. When that is the case, you don't put yourself in situations where guilt can be assumed.
Should he have been charged? Apparently not. Should a person who has been given a chance to right their ship been out at 3 am, having drank some at least, and speeding? Common sense tells you no.
What we've got here is failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach, so you get what we had here last week which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it.

The bears cut him for being out at 330am, drinking, and doing whatever he was doing. He knew better than to put himself in that situation to begin with. .072 is so close to .08 for anyone to be risking millions of dollars for, that he just shouldnt have been there or risked it.
He didnt do anything wrong, but he didnt do anything right, or good either.
Edit: The 40 in a 25 still stands from what I understand. He's still going to pay the traffic ticket.
