I was about to say that. Holding could be called every down.
It's not just that 1 call...anyone that watched the Pats last drive saw em get handed at least 3 first downs on borderline calls...even the announcers last night questioned the necessity of that last call. There is a reason Bart Scott got a total of 30 yds in penalties after the TD was scored.
It was definitely a hold. I don't disagree that I am fine with contact before the ball is in flight, but not holding. I wanted the Pats to lose myself, but that call was the correct one.
Even so...without prior help on the drive, it doesn't even come down to that.
