Animated GIF I created of the legendary knockout. See for yourself just how bad it really was!

I thought Chuck was actually pressing Rashad, and it ended up being a punchers luck. However, you can't deny it.. Rashad is still undefeated, and he just beat the man who was on his "comeback"... there goes the UFC's Griffin vs Liddell proposed match-up

    Re: Liddell - Evans

I spent most of the day yesterday at a Jiu-Jitsu school in Johnson City. I had gone over with Jason Coomer who was doing a seminar there.

The more experienced people, including Jason, were all predicting Evans to win. I thought the fight was probably a toss-up. Most of the guys were expecting Franklin to lose also. I was about the only one going with him to beat Hamill. IMO Hamill simply lacks the heart to ever be a truly top level guy.

    Re: Liddell - Evans

How did the school go yesterday? Good turn out for a seminar?

I had predicted Evans to win as well. I just didn't think it come way of "you just got knocked the f**k out"..

I'm with you on Franklin over Hamill, and agree about everything there.

Did NOT agree with Matt Brown losing the opening fight of the night. I had him winning 2 of the 3 rounds, and coming out on top 29-28

"Me, Lorenzo and Joe Silva decided tonight that Rashad would get the next shot,"? said UFC president Dana White at the news conference after UFC 88 at the Phillips Arena in Atlanta.

    Re: Liddell - Evans

Chuck's career just flew out the window. It sucks, but I think the Iceman has just melted.

I expect a few more fights out of him, but nothing even remotely close to a title shot.
