R1 - Mir with a high kick to open the fight that's blocked. Mir with an inside leg kick followed by a jab. Mir flurries and gets Nogueira to the ground. Mir lets him up. Mir lands and upper cut. Mir is winning the stand up working combos. Nogueira is stalking Mir, but Mir answers with another combination. They clinch where Mir lands a knee to the body. Mir drops Nogueira with a punch and tries to finish. Nogueira weathers the storm and Mir lets him back to his feet. The pace slows a bit as they pick their shots. Nogueira flurries but Mir blocks and smiles. Mir drops Nogueira with a left hand as the round ends.

R2 - Body kick from Mir followed by a combination that only hit air. Nogueira lands a leg kick and tries to establish his jab as Mir continues to land big shots. Mir drops Nogueira with a back-to-back left hands and goes in for the finish landing bombs before the referee stops the fight.

Wow, I was not expecting that from Mir, especially knocking out Nogueira.

Didn't look like it, as steer said Mir boxed him to death. Knocked him down 3 times and finally on the third he finished him.

Nog could only be knocked down so many times before somebody would finally finish him. He's a Hall of Famer... he's taken a beating over his career, it's almost time for him to step down and relax.
