I don't think it would have mattered, China's performance was too good.

Thats because they didn't have much pressure because of the fall, so yes it definitely mattered.

Had this happened in the United States,with the nation knowing that there was cheating going on,there would have been an outcry. How can you stand on the medal stand in an event that prides itself on fairness and say "I am a champion." Yes China: You are a champion,but you are a tainted one,and between this,the shifty scoring at these games,and the Milli Vanilli act at the opening ceremony,you show the world that you have not changed at all. If I were at the Olympics and I knew that our team was cheating,there's no way that I could cheer. Hell,i'd stay at the village. Put an * by this one folks. Long Dong Suk at the govt desk did a nice job with those cards [img]/LDPforum/ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/sick.gif[/img]
