He didn't do anything too special against the Bears, but I think Aaron Rodgers is the best QB in the division.

I agree, but only because of how terrible Orton is.
Cutler isnt much better, but JT OSullivan is an upgrade over Orton haha
Cutler has an elite arm, but his brain makes him a lower level QB, regardless of stats
Orton maybe terrible, but he doesnt even compare to Crompton in the worst qb alive race.
