Let's look at those closer
South Carolina (SEC #10) beat NC State (ACC #11)
Georgia Tech (ACC #1) beat Vanderbilt (SEC #12)
Alabama (SEC #1 or #2) beat Virginia Tech (ACC #2)
Georgia Tech (ACC #1) beat Miss St (SEC #11)
So really where is your argument, Georgia Tech beat up on the two worst teams in the SEC, awesome. That is where I think your argument is off, you gotta compare apples to apples and oranges to oranges, not apples to oranges. In the two games that matched up well with each other the SEC took both games, in the lopsided games the ACC took both of those.
That is why I think my evaluation was better because I was comparing two teams that should actually be playing each other.
Imagine if our #1 (Florida or Bama) were playing the Maryland or UVA
IMO if you take the teams that are equal in terms on divisional rankings and pit them against each other the SEC wins 11-1, 10-2 or somewhere along those lines.
