Congratulations to the vikings on a terrific game. The officials should be ashamed of themselves. Terrible, terrible job for the refs to nearly screw up one of the biggest games of the season.

Way to let a player argue his way out of a legitimate charge. Refs, you disgust me.

Wow, just caught some subtle bias-ness, as if the title wasn't enough.

its not just him, i talked to someone who said it was ridiculous tonight. that it was basically a football game. expect PV's big kids, Vaughn and Vernon, shot a combined ZERO free throws.

and that some Wise fans got the cops to make the PV student section sit down, that its no wonder JIB fought Wise.

I've not said a word all season in regards to JJK or any of there situations all season, it has not involved anything I care about to this point. First off, I personally do not condone fighting in athletic competition, and I'm not going to get into the rumour mill of who started what, who hit who, etc. However, I understand the issues from Appalachia and John I Burton. JJK has gotten completley out of control, no punishment is handed out to their coaches, players, or administration. They have two strikes against them and we haven't even reached "their" sport yet, baseball. For the rest of the districts sake somebody that has some control at JJK do something!

It was obvious that JJK's gameplan was to literally knock PV out of the game. I griped at the officials, and looking back, I have no clue how you officiate that game. JJK fouled literally ever 5-10 seconds and it turns into a guessing game on what to call and what not to call. I mentioned this last season during baseball when they tried their trick plays, at some point your going to get somebody that is going to be as for lack of a better term redneck as you and put you in your place. I only hope the children, and thats what 14-17 year old young men are do not get hurt.

If you are from JJK and approve of the actions of what is going on in your athletic department, carry on. I am dead serious when I type this, somebody needs to get control.

Carry on, pm me with flames, etc, deep down inside you know it's gotten out of control.

Look it up on here from last year, I'm to lazy to research the posts but they are here. It was against Honaker in the regional semi-finals last season, common baseball logic will get you a fastball in the ear hole by most folk.

Win or lose it wont be as big of an issue, Appalachia will attempt to play basketball. Appalachia has a basketball team, JJK has a bunch of football players and baseball players who are clearly taught to play football on the basketball court. I've seen multiple JJK games this season, the Hurley game was the same way.
