"Call me crazy, but I want to buy the Dallas Cowboys end zone and have the star right at the foot of my bed. That way when I score, I can spike the ball right on the star!" -Woody Paige, Around the Horn 10.9.08
Braves fighting back 4-2 after putting a couple hits together and taking advantage of an error in the top of the 3rd. Kawakami has his quickest inning, with 2 Ks and a grounder back to him by Loney. 4-2 going into the 4th.

Central Warriors. Respect the past, embrace the future
In the National League, the NL East I would say is the best.
In all of Major League Baseball, I'd give that to the AL East. You have Tampa Bay, who is a monster. The Yankees are tough. The Blue Jays and the Red Sox have basically the same record as the Braves.
Only AL East that sucks is the Orioles, who are a joke.
NL East and AL East, IMO, are the best divisions from their respective leagues.

Bright note: After hitting below Mendoza, Yunel Escobar appears to be turning the corner. That will really help round out the lineup.
Dim note: Heyward has a rookie moment. 0-5 5 Ks. He did reach base on one of them though. Also, I hate Melky Cabrera. Picked off 2nd by the catcher last night.
