I've seen on facebook from one of the family friends that surgery went well and he was sitting up in the bed yesterday. Said things were going well. Not for sure how much this person knows but things are sounding positive.

From what I was told from some of the pv players the surgery went good and he is up moving around. I guessing that means he's just sitting up, not sure if they would let him walk yet tho. I'm so thankful he is doing better. It made me sick when I found out what had happened. He's a great kid and he's had many people praying for him. Get better soon E!

That is great news! I just hope he makes a full recovery.
My prayers are with him and his friends/family. If we're talking about the same person, isn't/wasn't he on the football team? if so, it's a crying shame.
