Wise came in a really close second overall in a tournament at Daniel Boone. Lost the Final round By 3 points I think. They tied Morristown west the round before winning buy like the 6 or 7th tie breaking criteria. Not bad for a team that was missing a few wrestlers that were taking SAT's and being one of the smallest schools there. Also a all of our guys from around 152 and up wrestled up a weight class
GO VOLS
The boys did real well. Some of the boys where giving up 10 to 15 pounds. Our 160 went 170. Our 170 went 182. Our 182 went 195. Our 220 wrestled heavyweight one match. I believe our 145 went 152. It was a good showing. Next match is our tourney ay the college, Dec. 16-17. I believe 16 or 17 teams will be there.
They where some of the younger kids that stepped up and wrestled well.
