    haha..had a buddy of mine buy some creatine one time, by the time the "loading" phase was over, he was out of it..haha

    Id rather just be all natural then take a lot of that stuff. It seems to be like, especially if your younger that these things can mess up your development. I understand that if you take these things they might help you get bigger and stronger now. Though a few years from now, when your wanting to get even bigger and stronger, its gonna be very hard without that same type of pro hormone or something you was on before. Just doesnt seem worth it to me.

    Back in the "stone age", I used to take amino acid supplements and one called inosine, which if I remember correctly, helps the body process oxygen more efficiently

    The best thing you can do is just keep a notebook. Better than any supplement. You just write down your workout, then keep track of how much weight you do for each set, and how many reps you get on each set. It's also smart to write down your mood that day, like whether you're tired or sick or something. By doing this you know how much you can do, and how much you should be going up in weight....
