    Re: Impeachment?

By all means, you are more than entitled to your opinion, and I'm not trying to change that opinion. I consider myself a Conservative, but a pretty open-minded one. I myself do not necessarily agree w/ all that has gone on in Iraq, but I also don't feel that any of us on here know enough about the situation to be throwing around accusations such as "terrorist" in reference to our President.

Like I said, I'm not trying to persuade you to be President Bush's number 1 fan, or anything close to it, but in these times, I think it's a little ridiculous to speak about our President like that...

    Re: Impeachment?

July 4 and we have some left-wing maniac calling our president and the men who made the United States what it is today terrorists???. I am sick to my stomach and anyone with the smallest patriotic bone in there body should be outraged. Mega you should be shipped off to North Asia or some other communist country...you dont deserve to breath American air...I kind of wish our forefathers werent as great as they were that way a--holes like you wouldnt have the privlage to voice there ridicoulous opinions. I honestly cant beleive people would say such things about there country especially on its anniversary.
It is hard to fail, but it is worse never to have tried to succeed.

FWIW, adultery is not illegal in terms of the law. Those who were attempting to impeach Clinton were as guilty as him. Give me Clinton and his fooling around anytime over what we have now.

    Re: Impeachment?

Hmmm..I think it may still be illegal in some places; however, it wasn't WHAT Clinton lied about...it was the fact that he lied to Congress. There is no such thing as a little lie or a big lie, little sin/big sin, etc.
I defend your right to speak your peace about our President, our involvement in Iraq / Afganistan / Bosnia, or anything else for that matter. But to put GWB in the same category with terrorists is just plain WRONG.
Thank God for men like him, who have made the tough decisions down through the 229 years of American independence that have enabled us to do what we're doing right now: freedom of speech / expression.

    Re: Impeachment?

HMMM # 3.. I also have friends and family that are serving/have served in Iraq. What they tell me is totally different from what you're saying. One of them is a Colonel, USMC, another a USMC "grunt" (Re-con), and yet another good ole Army National Guard. They say the good we are doing over there is kept from the American public as much as possible by the slanted, liberal media; that all the media wants to focus on is the dark and negative things happening, and that it's obvious to them that the media does not like GWB.
