Re: So Kaine is our next Governor

Ok steer if he did go for abortion as you say, then why with a Republican Congress/Republican President doesn't anything get done about it? It's a trigger issue. The Republican party campaigns on how the Democrats are all for it, and make it sound like they are out there selling abortion pills, yet when they get in a position to do something about it, like they campaign on, they don't. Same as Democrats campaign on how the Republicans are going to take away aid, social security, all that. Trigger issues, always campaigned on but issues that you have such a deep divide among people, that no party is going to really 'attack' for fear of the backlash in the next election.

What we've got here is failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach, so you get what we had here last week which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it.

because every politician in this great land is sorry, sorry as they come. I was very satisified with Warner, he was great. I wouldn't mind to see him run again. He's a good guy.
But I dont know why they never do anything over the abortion issues.

I was a little arrogant in my last post. Sorry about that.

Anyways, I'm glad Kaine won the election. Both the Lt. Gov. and Attorney General are up for grabs (especially the Attorney General).

"But I dont know why they never do anything over the abortion issues."---> they're not in a position to overturn the Roe vs. Wade precedent set by the superme court so I don't see your point there?!?!

generally speaking in case some of you didn't know, most liberal/democrats are going to be pro-choice, all that means is that they believe in America, the land of choice and freedom, we have a right to decide and make choice and decisions for ourselves.

Kilgore lost it when he played up the country boy thing in TV ads. Nothing to do with sides/politics/agendas. Have you seen who is living in our nations capitol lately? Not any country boys I assure you.
