I'm trying to set up the PS2 online and i have verizon dsl and i have the westell modem 2200 but i can't get it set up.
If anyone can shed some light on this, just pm me

If you dont have a router, you more than likely need to hook up your PS2 directly to your modem with a enet cable, and run the network disc they sent you. You have to connect with a PPPOE connection, using your username and password that is provided from your ISP. So if its Verizon, it would be your verizon email address ie. [email protected]. You should be able to call them and get it if you dont have that info, they have 24 hr a day tech support.
