Backmasking....

i heard a rumor about the stairway to heaven song and some strange message that can be revealed when played backwards......after i searched the topic i found that many other songs have strange hidden messages as well.....id like some opinions to whether you believe backmasking can influence your thoughts without even knowing it.....check it out here....

Just someone trying to make a name for themselves.....attempting to make you hear something that's not there, mostly for their monetary gain or spiritual beliefs.

i duno...i believe in stuff like that and subliminal messages to a certain extent but not completely......i dont believe that if i hear a hidden satanic message that i will turn away from god.....its probably mostly for album sales....if someone hears there is a hidden message, they're more likely to buy it.....

Ive got to agree with Mikmo here...If you read anything backwards enough you will probably find something like that in it, even the Bible I would think.

I saw a TV show on that once...it you start with the first letter and then skip seven each time its supposed to spell Torah I think, there were alot more but I cant remember them all

If you weren't trying to twist the meaning , why would you go to the trouble to play the thing BACKWARDS? The first one I can recall was one of the Beatles songs, can't remember which . It surfaced while the group was seeking some time out of the limelight, and the lyrics in the backward version were I killed Paul and since no one had seen Paul for a while, it was great fun wondering if the worlds greatest band had killed one of it's own. Zep's Stairway was another, and the bible codes... I do believe the book they are decoding is a translation, guess it must have been then that the code was put in it.

the beatles had all kinds of hidden messages....if you look closely most of the album covers have suspicious things on them.....all of which paul is kinda the outkast from the group.....also i heard that many of pauls pictures arent paul.....but a man named william (a look a like)....dont know if theres any truth there but it was pretty interresting to read....
