well i went there pulled up to the window and a mcd's worker was standing there and hands me a walky talky and says when ur ready to order push in the black button and when ur done let off..i about died..funny stuff

That happens sometimes. Things break down but they don't shut down the drive-through.
When they were renovating the McDonald's in Blacksburg a few years ago they shut down the dining room and ran only the drive-through. But the drive-through system was being renovated also, so they had an employee stand there with pencil and paper - they took your order and ran inside and gave it to the kitchen and went back out.
You'll shoot your eye out.

I went but they didnt give a walky talkie if they wouldve i would have cracked up.
About a month ago or so when in Wise. When i went by they had a note on the door.
Closed due to lack of employees.
This was about 10pm on a weeknight. The drive through was open but the inside was shut down.
That was kinda odd. I figured that would be the last place with no employees with all those college kids.
