I am suprised that Taco Bell is still open, the business there has been terrible for 2 or 3 years now. I haven't been since I found a dead fly in my burrito.

2-3 years ago, a manager that held the place together got tired of being treated like crap by the RGM, so she sought employment elsewhere. They fired the GM who run on that Assistant Manager, and tried to lure the Assistant back, but she told them NO that she had tried to tell them the problem for too long ang they ignored it. They hired some Hardee's manager to take it over, and it has sucked ever since...she runs it like the slow Hardees she used to run in Big Stone Gap, and not like a Taco Bell needs to be run...That place used to rock and was oneof the best in the entire company...now it sucks...I hate it too, I managed there and at several in Knoxville...Oh well, thats the breaks I guess...

The change in management was very obvious to the customers I think. Pretty much everyone can tell you when it happened because it fell apart fast after that.
And they've never been able to get it right since.

we can always call the 800# and complain, tell them to check their sales figures with when mgmt changed.
