Got a bit of a request for some of you. if you take some picture of some of local scenery and/or attractions, and you wouldn't mind sharing them, please forward them to [email protected] and if you want credit, please let us know your name as well and we'll try to provide a byline with the photo.
We're attempting to show some of the best of Wise County on the countys website, and it always seems to difficult to get some nice photographs to use in a collage, and knowing that several of the long time posters are very good photographers, figured why not try to use you free of charge [img]/LDPforum/ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif[/img]
If you do provide any pictures, please make sure that that they are photos you have taken, and if you do not want your name attached, please let us know that as well.

Here are a few pictures I took up at Flag Rock. These actually came from my little video camera (just took still shots straight from the videos), but do you think these would be worth sending in? They certainly won't win any awards but they do give a fairly good view of the mountains:
