you think they can stay in business much longer? the one downtown Norton hasn't had gas in how many weeks, or is it months now?

It's not really Citgo, it's all of the Appco's. They've not had gas or cigarrettes for about 2 months (other than the 2 deliveries of gas to 2-3 stores that lasted 2-3 days) and now all of their vendors are refusing to deliver because of all the financial trouble they're having. It's hurt me and my paycheck a lot because of that.

When the TX company bought out Appco, Appco's financials were excellent and it was a strong company with minimal debt. The TX company then used Appco's strong credit to buy up a bunch of other companies and pretty much ran it into the ground.
And now they dont even have the cash to pick up a tanker of gas.
Never should have sold, but no one could have foreseen this.

The Appco here in Jackson is the same way. No gas and according to one of our drivers, no cigarettes for weeks.
