Nope... a kid living at any point X is only assigned to 1 school... can't have him be eligible to go to both, or he will, and the co. will get more gov't money than they should.
    (Magnet/Gov. schools don't count)

I have seen all three teams play and I really do believe Barker would help P.V., and himself, tremendously if he went to P.V. instead of Burton.
Don't know what all this talk about "allowance" is... any kid can go to any school they want in the county (and I think the state, too) at any time they want WITHOUT moving... PERIOD. School closing has NOTHING to do with this.
ELIGIBILITY for ec's, though, is another story.

Public forum means nothing... everyone can say no but it can still be approved... just ask Blacksburg/Mont. Co. parents.

WHO was stupid enough to agree to games with schools that everyone knew could close in 9 months?

Better be able to do it in about half that... if teachers are done 6/6, and due back 8/10, that's only 2 months to move everything.

I know all this, I was speaking of the extra curriculars and not the academics.

Again, this I know, but it is still a part of the legal process in order to make the final vote on consolidation.
