I know Betty and JH used to be for consolidation, but around what time would that be if I were looking for quotes from those meetings? I mean if they supported it, they would be saying so and making arguments for it. Year is a must, but really looking for months in which they supported it.

Start looking at when the plans first started coming to the board, mainly the 3 on 3. That was the year before he was the chairman. I know it was at about that time he was trying to get the BOS to raise the debt ceiling from 42 to about 90 million. I may not be correct, but I think that is about the right time frame. From around August-October time frame of that year.
