Why do that? we have been doing the "help desk" thing for forever. Hostboard is beyond unreliable. Since we had the board shut down this board hasn't been the same. I think it is time for a new host...

Not throwing Rock under the bus here, but may folks feel the same way. There's only so much I can do to polish this turd.
