I do most all my banking with Miners Exchange just because I have developed a great relationship with several people at the bank. I have all my rental property financed through MEB. I have had no issues while trying to get a loan, but I have also always made sure I had all my ducks in a row before I went down. If you are putting up real estate as collateral they will loan you 80% of what the property appraises for (e.g. If your property appraised for $100,000, they would loan you $80,000. Not for sure what type of collateral you have for to combine your debt but they would be a "no hassle, no haggle" type lender. The downfall with going with MEB is where all of their loans are in house and not sold on the secondary market they can't compete when it comes to interest rate, their general rate is 5.5-5.9% (over last 4 months). If you went with a lender who dealt and sold loans on the secondary market you would be looking at an interest rate of 4-4.5%. If you were doing that, then I suggest First Bank & Trust.
