By the police. I know each town and everyone can complain. But i have to say. This morning was odd.
Officer has a vehicle stopped right in the middle of the road and is sitting behind the car writing a ticket.
What was awkward. The cars just kept piling up behind the police car.
Folks were afraid to go around and through the next lane, because no one knew what was going on. One of the more odd places i have seen a traffic stop made and a ticket written.
