If a restaurant serves you too much alcohol, way past your limit.. can they be held responsible?

also, say they serve you way too much, and don't cut you off.. to a point where you didn't realize what you were doing, etc.. you knock over a restaurant booth.. and it puts a small hole in the back.. which shouldn't be hard to fix, since we all know that it's plywood or pasteboard backing.. can you be held responsible to pay for the booth? even if the owner/manager decides to "rip-off" the person?
also, do you have a right to obtain the "security video" they supposedly have on you?
