It's not a thing about her having small breasteses though--it's a thing about their non-existent! I agree w/Diets--at least 15-20 lbs of weight to give her some curves, then implants if needed. Then she'd be supernova hot.
One thing that she has in common w/other ex-female figure skaters is the strong legs & booty--so she'll always have those as an asset. She just needs to fill out her upper frame and she'll be smokin.
