I would not support Gilmore for Prez under any imaginable circumstance. Romney is a true conservative in my opinion and I will be in his corner. Guiliani is a pretty much a democrat on everything except national security and law enforcement.
I like Romney a whole lot myself. I just think Guliani is the most electable and will keep our country the safest. Im not big into the social issues. I think there are many more important things to worry about.
I dont mind Gilmore. I think he rode George Allen's coat tail more than anything though. I dont know why everyone has such a negative opinion of him. I think that Gilmore will receive much more support than what most people think.

I don't necessarily have anything against Gilmore but I just don't think he has what it takes to get elected. Yes Guilani is something of a celebrity and would have a good chance but if you want a conservative president why waste the time? I don't view him as being much different than some of the top democratic candidates honestly. I agree that social issues shouldn't be the only thing looked at when deciding who to vote for but it should also not be completely disregarded. It is important to know what your president's position is on such things. I for one want a president who takes seriously the values and ideas the founding fathers of this Nation and really believes that we are "One Nation Under God."
